Outcome Measures Library

Outcome measures are used to measure performance, ability, or function of clients. Not all measures are appropriate for all clients or every instance. For this reason there is a wide range available. Each tool employed, ideally is reliable, valid, and sensitive to change.

It is recommended that practitioners use outcome measures at regular intervals (4-6 weeks) as part of their reassessment. Greatest effect can be seen if completed on first visit (have them completed before entering treatment room as part of onboarding process).

Results can be included in letters to referrers and insurance companies as appropriate.

We have divided the Outcome Measures Library into three categories;

• Pain - nociception and neuropathic
• Generic
